Please include the page URL and enough detail to reproduce the issue. Time and timezone bugs are often date-specific, so a city, timestamp, timezone, browser, and expected result are all useful.
What to send
For a wrong time, wrong UTC offset, DST issue, or city-name problem, include the exact URL, city or timezone, the date you checked, what itime.day showed, and what you expected to see.
For a product bug, include your browser, operating system, device size, steps to reproduce, and whether the issue happens in a private window.
- Timezone correction: URL, city/timezone, date, expected offset, source if available.
- Meeting planner issue: city list, selected date, base timezone, copied invite output.
- Cron or Unix issue: input value, expected output, actual output, relevant timezone.
Privacy, advertising, and policy requests
For privacy questions, deletion requests related to a support email, advertising questions, or AdSense policy concerns, use the same contact address and include 'privacy' or 'ads policy' in the subject line.
itime.day does not provide account support because the public tools do not require accounts. If you see content that appears broken, misleading, or duplicated, please send the URL so it can be reviewed.
Response expectations
Messages are reviewed for product quality, privacy, security, and data accuracy. Not every feature request can be accepted, but actionable bug reports and corrections are prioritized.
For urgent operational, medical, travel, payroll, legal, or financial time decisions, verify with the official calendar, airline, employer, court, exchange, or government source before relying on any public time utility.
