Terms
Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
These terms explain how you may use itime.day. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and to verify critical time decisions with the official source of record.
itime.day provides informational tools for time conversion, scheduling, calendar handoffs, and timezone planning. It is not a legal, financial, medical, aviation, payroll, or emergency notification system.
Informational use only
The site calculates and displays times, offsets, dates, cron previews, countdowns, meeting windows, and calendar handoff text based on available timezone data and user inputs. These outputs are intended to help planning and communication, not to replace official systems.
You are responsible for reviewing any copied text, calendar link, ICS output, cron preview, or meeting recommendation before using it in production, sending it to a team, or relying on it for a deadline.
Accuracy and limitations
Timezone and daylight-saving rules can change. Different calendar providers may interpret imported event details differently, especially for recurring meetings, old dates, future government rule changes, or manually edited time zones.
itime.day aims to provide clear and useful outputs, but it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or suitability for every jurisdiction or workflow.
- Verify critical meetings with the calendar system that will send the final invitation.
- Verify legal, payroll, travel, medical, and financial deadlines with official sources.
- Review generated URLs before sharing them if they contain workflow context or dates.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the site, overload infrastructure, scrape in a way that harms availability, attempt to bypass security controls, inject malicious input, or use generated links for spam or deception.
You may link to public pages, share tool URLs, and use the outputs for normal scheduling, documentation, operations, and personal planning workflows.
Content, advertising, and third-party links
Site text, layouts, and tool behavior are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and link back to the relevant page.
The site may display advertising or link to third-party services such as calendar providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

These terms may be updated as the product changes. The updated date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision.
